Govt To Make Pakistan A Welfare State

President Arif Alvi says incumbent government strongly believes in emulating the state of Madina for creation of a better Islamic state.

Addressing the concluding session of international Rehmatul-lil-Alameen conference in Islamabad he said the Ehsaas program started by the government is a step in the direction of a welfare state where vulnerable segments of population will be taken care of by the state.

He said Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W) gave the concept of Islam to Ummah in a very clear way.

He said Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W) is the role model for humanity and we need t follow his teachings for a better life.

Speaking about the opening of Kartarpur corridor the Presidtn said it is a gesture of peace and a message of peace for the entire world.

Later in a tweet, President Dr Arif Alvi said, PTI led government is striving hard to transform Pakistan into a welfare state following the spirit of state of Madina.

Dr Alvi said, the ideal of Riasat e Madina is our vision and goal.
